Choose by how the towel will be used
Start with the task your recipient needs to complete. A face towel should be convenient to unfold, use, and put away during a personal routine. For a welcome pack, imagine the guest opening it alongside toiletries. For a promotional gift, consider what gives the towel a clear purpose after the event instead of treating it only as a surface for advertising.
Size is an important distinction when comparing similar-looking products online. Check actual measurements rather than relying on the label “face towel,” which can describe different formats across suppliers. If your brief calls for more coverage during exercise, compare our sports towels. For drying after a shower, explore bath towel options before committing to this smaller format.
Keep the branding clear and comfortable
Decide what the towel needs to communicate before selecting the decoration. A company emblem, short name, or compact event identity is often easier to read than a detailed campaign layout. Avoid squeezing several messages into the same corner. The useful question is whether the recipient can recognize the brand without the design taking over the area intended for use.
Consider logo placement in relation to both the open towel and the folded presentation. Branding near an edge may remain visible when the item is packed, while a central layout changes how the towel looks when spread out. Ask to see the artwork at its intended size and check which parts of the design will sit beneath a fold or packaging band.
Select the branding method with the artwork in view. Fine lettering, broad filled shapes, and multicolor graphics raise different production questions. Discuss the smallest readable text, the proposed decoration area, and how the finish feels on the towel. Agree on the treatment for your specific design rather than assuming that every available method will produce the same appearance or texture.
Evaluate a sample against your brief
A useful sample review looks beyond the logo. Examine the surface, the edges, and the way the towel folds. Handle it as a recipient would and decide whether the overall feel matches your intended gift. If staff will use it in a guest setting, include the person responsible for laundry or replenishment in the decision before selecting the final specification.
Compare alternatives according to the experience you want to offer. If your brief prioritizes a spa presentation, browse premium cotton spa towels as a separate option. Keep the comparison tied to texture, intended use, and presentation. Avoid judging towel quality solely by photographs, a material name, or the presence of a larger embroidered logo.
Build a gift presentation around the recipient
Choose a presentation that fits the distribution setting. A towel handed out at a busy registration desk needs a different approach from one placed in a carefully arranged welcome box. Think about how recipients will identify, open, and carry the item. The packaging should support that sequence and leave the main branding easy to find.
For a set containing other items, plan the arrangement before finalizing each component. Check whether the towel will be folded or rolled and how much room the complete pack needs. If the whole brief depends on a very small carry format, compare a pocket size quick-dry towel rather than choosing a face towel purely because it looks compact.
Make repeat orders easier to specify
Keep a record of the approved artwork, logo dimensions, placement, towel selection, and packaging arrangement. This helps your team describe a repeat order clearly, particularly when different departments purchase for separate events. A photograph of the finished item is useful, but written specifications are better for distinguishing an intentional design choice from a detail that happened to appear in a photograph.
Include care information in your handover where recipients need it. Follow the instructions supplied for the finished towel, including any requirements associated with its decoration. General microfibre care guidance favors mild detergent and avoiding fabric softener, which can reduce absorbency. Do not assume that the laundering procedure used for another towel material will also suit this branded item.
Prepare a clear quotation request
Give your purchasing team one agreed brief before requesting prices: intended use, total quantity, delivery location, artwork, and presentation preference. Distinguish the date you need the goods from the date of the event so there is time for packing or distribution. Ask for the quotation to describe the selected product and branding together, allowing you to compare like-for-like proposals.
Explore the wider towel printing collection if you are still deciding which format belongs in your campaign. Once your product and presentation choices are clear, send RafflesTag Malaysia your design and order brief for a custom microfibre face towel quotation.
Frequently Asked Questions:
The standard size listed by RafflesTag Malaysia is approximately 30 × 30 cm. Use that measurement to judge coverage and folded presentation rather than assuming all products described as face towels have the same dimensions.
Custom sizes can be discussed with RafflesTag. Send the dimensions you need and explain the intended use, especially if the towel must fit an existing gift box or a specific packing arrangement.
Listed colors include White, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Black, Dark Gray, Light Gray, Red, Orange, and Lime Green. Check your chosen color when requesting a quotation, particularly if you need to coordinate several branded items.
Embroidery is one of the listed branding options. Provide the original logo and intended placement so the design can be assessed for readable lettering, suitable decoration size, and the finish you want.
Yes. RafflesTag lists silk screen printing and heat transfer printing for this style. Discuss the artwork and intended logo area before choosing, since the appropriate treatment depends on the design and the desired finish.
A woven label is a listed branding option. It is worth discussing when you want a restrained brand detail. Specify where you would like it positioned and check how it will appear in the folded presentation.
It can suit a gym welcome gift intended for personal refreshment. Choose according to the actual use: a small face towel serves a different purpose from a larger towel used for more coverage during exercise.
Individual packaging and gift packaging are listed customization options. Describe how the towels will be handed out or packed into a set so the quotation can reflect your intended presentation.
