Designed for Artwork That Needs More Colors
A company logo does not always consist of one or two solid colors. Some brand identities include several colors, gradients, illustrations, mascots or detailed campaign graphics. A Full Color Logo Non-Woven Tote Bag gives businesses an option to retain more of these visual elements when creating promotional bags.
This makes the style particularly useful when simplifying an existing design into one or two print colors would significantly change its appearance. Instead of redesigning the artwork around a restricted color palette, businesses can prepare a more visually detailed branded bag for distribution.
A Practical Choice for Branded Event Bags
Non-woven tote bags are widely used as event bags because they are lightweight and convenient for carrying several items. At conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, an A4 or A3 bag can organize brochures, notebooks, product information, merchandise, and promotional gifts into one branded pack.
They can also be used for roadshows, product launches, school programs and marketing campaigns. The bag becomes part of the presentation rather than simply serving as packaging, especially when the front artwork is designed specifically for the campaign or event.
For buyers comparing bag materials, custom canvas bags offer another reusable tote option with a different fabric look and construction. Drawstring bags are also worth considering when a cord-closure format is more suitable for sports activities, schools or casual event packs.
Choosing Between A5, A4 and A3
Choose the right bag size based on what will actually go inside, rather than automatically selecting the largest size. A5 works better for smaller promotional pieces and compact giveaways, while A4 is useful when documents, notebooks, brochures or mixed event materials need to be carried.
A3 provides additional room when the event kit contains larger or multiple products. Before confirming an order, gathering the items to be packed can help you decide which format is most practical.
Businesses preparing premium gift sets may also want to compare non-woven bags with custom paper bags. Paper bags provide a different presentation for retail packaging, product launches and corporate gifting, while non-woven totes are useful when a lightweight reusable bag is preferred.
When to Choose Full Color Instead of 1 or 2 Colors
The Full Color Logo style is primarily an artwork decision. It makes sense when multiple colors contribute directly to the design—for example, a colorful event identity, illustrated promotional graphic, detailed school artwork or a logo containing several important brand colors.
A 1 Color Logo bag is a more straightforward option when the artwork consists of a simple logo, text or icon in one solid color. A 2 Color Logo option suits designs that need two primary colors without requiring a more complex full-color presentation.
Choosing the printing style around the artwork helps you avoid paying for unnecessary complexity while also preventing detailed artwork from being oversimplified.
Preparing Artwork for Full-Color Bag Printing
Start with the best-quality version of your company logo or artwork available. Small images copied from websites, screenshots or messaging apps can lose clarity when enlarged for printing. Original design files are preferable when they are available.
The artwork should also be prepared for the proportions of the selected bag. A horizontal campaign graphic may need a different arrangement than a square logo, while a design with several small elements may need adjustments to keep important details clear at the intended print size.
Allow space around the main design rather than pushing important text or logos too close to the artwork boundary. Review final positioning and suitability before production.
Applications for Businesses, Schools and Events
Full-color non-woven bags work especially well when the bag needs to carry a recognizable campaign identity, not just a company name. Marketing teams can use them for product launches and promotional campaigns, while event organizers can coordinate the bag artwork with event graphics and other printed materials.
Schools and organizations can use colorful illustrations, event themes or program graphics. Retail businesses can also distribute branded bags during promotions when a lightweight reusable format fits the campaign.
If an event requires multiple branded products, buyers can coordinate the bag with corporate gifts, lanyards, badges or other promotional materials to maintain a consistent visual identity across the event kit.
Full Color Non-Woven vs Laminated Bags
A Full Color Logo style and a laminated non-woven bag should not automatically be treated as the same product choice. The Full Color Logo option focuses on reproducing artwork containing multiple colors, while a laminated bag changes the surface and overall presentation of the bag itself.
Consider a laminated option when the desired appearance calls for a smoother, more polished surface. Standard non-woven bags remain suitable when the priority is a lightweight reusable promotional tote carrying detailed branded artwork.
The better choice therefore depends on both the artwork and the required bag finish.
Ordering Your Custom Non-Woven Tote Bags
Before requesting a quotation, prepare your required quantity, preferred A5, A4 or A3 size, artwork and intended use. If the bags are being produced for a fixed event date, include that date with the inquiry so production requirements can be reviewed before the order is confirmed.
RafflesTag Malaysia offers non-woven tote bag options for different artwork requirements, including 1 Color Logo, 2 Color Logo, Full Color Logo and Laminated styles. Choosing the style based on your actual design, contents and event requirements makes it easier to produce a bag that works for both branding and practical distribution.
Frequently Asked Questions:
A custom non-woven tote bag for branding that uses multiple colors or more detailed artwork. It is useful for colorful logos, illustrations, campaign graphics, mascots and event designs that should retain their visual detail.
RafflesTag Malaysia lists A5, A4 and A3 size options for its non-woven tote bag range. Choose the size according to the documents, merchandise, gifts or promotional materials you intend to pack inside.
The bag is made from lightweight non-woven fabric. This material is commonly used for reusable promotional tote bags because it provides a practical format for events, giveaways, retail promotions and branded distribution.
Choose the Full Color Logo option when your design contains several important colors, detailed graphics, illustrations or campaign artwork. Simple logos using only one or two solid colors may be better suited to the corresponding simpler print options.
Yes. Full-color non-woven tote bags can be used for conferences, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and corporate events. They are useful for packing brochures, documents, merchandise, promotional gifts and other event materials together.
Yes. Schools can use them for orientation programs, open days, competitions, campaigns and other activities. Full-color artwork is particularly useful when the design includes colorful school graphics, illustrations, event themes or multiple brand colors.
Not necessarily. Full Color Logo describes the artwork requirement, while lamination refers to the bag's surface finish and construction. Consider a laminated style separately when you need a smoother, more polished presentation.
A4 is practical for documents, brochures, notebooks and moderate-sized event packs. A3 provides more room for larger merchandise or multiple items. Checking the dimensions of everything going inside before ordering will help you choose.
