A Premium A5 Notebook Built for Business Use
For a corporate notebook, the buying decision is usually less about decorative extras and more about how the item feels in hand, how comfortably it fits into everyday work, and how clearly the branding can be presented. The A5 High Quality Muller Notebook addresses that brief with a smooth PU cover, a familiar A5-scale footprint and a structured interior suited to regular note-taking. It is a strong option when a standard promotional pad feels too temporary for the intended recipient.
100 Lined Sheets for Meetings, Planning and Notes
The notebook contains 100 sheets of lined pages, giving recipients a substantial writing area for meeting minutes, project notes, training points and everyday planning. An inner pocket adds useful storage for loose paper, name cards or small handouts. If your requirement is instead for detachable sheets or a simpler meeting handout, compare this format with our custom A5 writing pads before choosing the final stationery format.
Choose a Cover Color That Supports Your Branding
Available cover colors include black, navy blue, red, orange, grey and white. Neutral shades such as black, navy and grey work well for executive, employee and conference applications, while brighter colors can help distinguish campaigns, departments or event themes. The notebook itself should remain the primary consideration: choose the cover first for the recipient and setting, then adapt the logo treatment so the finished branding stays clear and proportionate.
Logo Printing Options for Simple or Full-Color Artwork
Branding options include 1-color and 2-color logo printing as well as full-color UV printing for suitable artwork. A one-color treatment is useful for simple corporate marks and restrained event branding, while UV printing gives more flexibility when the artwork relies on multiple colors. For campaigns that also need printed paper items, the RafflesTag digital printing range can help coordinate supporting materials alongside the notebook.
A Practical Choice for Corporate Gift Sets
This Muller notebook can work as a standalone branded item, but it is particularly useful as the stationery component of a corporate gift set. Pairing a notebook with a writing instrument creates a familiar, functional combination for onboarding, conferences, management meetings and appreciation packs. RafflesTag’s custom pen options provide a relevant companion product when you want the set to be ready for immediate use.
When to Choose This Notebook Instead of a Wire-O Style
Choose this PU notebook when presentation, a smooth covered format and a more formal corporate-gift feel are priorities. A Wire-O notebook is often preferred when pages need to turn fully around the binding or when highly customized printed covers and inner-page configurations are the main requirement. The Muller style is better positioned as a ready-format premium notebook that can be branded on the cover without making the notebook itself feel like a disposable event handout.
MOQ and Production Planning
The verified minimum order is 30 pieces, making the style suitable for smaller executive groups as well as larger company orders. The stated minimum lead time is 9 working days, so artwork approval and any presentation add-ons should be planned before the required handover date. For event packs, you can also add lightweight printed items such as custom bookmarks when they serve a genuine purpose in the programme.
Artwork Guidance Before Ordering
Prepare a clean logo file and decide whether the branding should be single-color, two-color or full-color before requesting the final quotation. Fine details, gradients and multiple brand colors may be better suited to UV printing, while simpler marks can remain crisp with a reduced-color treatment. Confirm the required quantity by cover color as early as possible, because color availability can change and mixed-color orders depend on current stock.
Ordering the A5 High Quality Muller Notebook in Malaysia
For an accurate order, provide the quantity, preferred cover color or color split, logo artwork, branding method and required date. If the notebook is part of a larger campaign, review the RafflesTag notebook category for alternative formats and the corporate gift range for complementary items. This keeps the selection focused on the recipient, presentation level and practical use rather than choosing a notebook on appearance alone.
Frequently Asked Questions:
The notebook uses a high-quality PU cover with a smooth finish. This gives it a professional presentation suitable for corporate gifting, meetings, conferences, onboarding packs and branded stationery requirements.
The notebook measures approximately 21 × 15 cm, placing it in the familiar A5 format. It offers useful writing space while remaining compact enough for work bags, conference packs and everyday desk use.
It contains 100 sheets of lined pages. The lined layout is suitable for meeting notes, planning, training sessions and general office writing, while an inner pocket provides storage for loose notes or cards.
Verified cover colors are black, navy blue, red, orange, grey and white. Availability can change with stock, so confirm the required color split when requesting a quotation for your quantity.
Yes. Verified branding choices include 1-color printing, 2-color printing and full-color UV printing. The most suitable method depends on your logo colors, detail level, desired print area and final presentation.
The verified minimum order is 30 pieces. This makes the notebook suitable for focused executive gifts, small event groups and company orders without requiring an unusually large starting quantity.
