Focus Your Branding Where Visitors See It
A polyester table runner is useful when you want the front or center of an event table to carry the main branding while leaving part of the tabletop or underlying fabric visible. Instead of printing an entire table covering, the runner creates a narrower visual section for your logo, campaign artwork or event information.
This format works particularly well at exhibitions and trade shows, where visitors usually approach the table from the front. A vertically positioned runner can place your logo prominently on the front-facing section, while horizontal placement can create a branded strip across a display or reception table.
For businesses planning a larger booth rather than a table-only setup, the runner can be coordinated with display stands to create additional space for product information and promotional graphics.
Custom Sizes for Different Table Setups
RafflesTag Malaysia offers custom sizing, so you don't have to limit the Polyester Table Runner to one fixed dimension. This makes it easier to prepare the runner to match your table dimensions and the amount of fabric you want visible across the tabletop and front.
Before ordering, measure the table length, width, and height. Also decide your preferred runner width and how far you want the fabric to drop. These measurements are especially important when the artwork needs to face visitors at a specific position.
A custom-size runner can also be useful for venues where tables vary between events. Instead of assuming a standard exhibition table dimension, the runner can be planned around the actual setup.
Choose From 52 Solid Fabric Colors
The available selection includes 52 solid colors, covering standard, bright, dark, pastel, metallic, neon and fluorescent choices. This allows the underlying fabric color to become part of the display rather than simply acting as a background.
Color selection should consider artwork contrast. A light logo may be easier to identify against a darker runner, while dark artwork generally needs a lighter background for clearer visibility. You can also use corporate colors to coordinate the table with other booth materials.
If your event requires larger graphics behind the table, a tension fabric backdrop can extend the same visual identity vertically across the booth.
Add Logos, Messages and Promotional Artwork
Customization is not limited to a company name. The printable branding area can carry company logos, sponsor marks, event titles, product imagery, website details, QR codes and other promotional artwork.
This makes the runner adaptable to different campaigns. A company attending a trade exhibition may emphasize its logo and website, while an event organizer may use sponsor logos or event information. At a product launch, the artwork can instead focus on a particular product, campaign graphic or QR code.
Prepare artwork with the final runner dimensions and viewing position in mind. Important text and logos should remain easy to recognize once the fabric is placed over the table.
Table Runner or Full Tablecloth?
The main difference is how much of the table it covers. A table runner covers a narrower section, keeping much of the base tablecloth or tabletop visible. A full tablecloth provides broader fabric coverage and can create a more uniform appearance around the table.
The runner is therefore useful when you already have suitable table linen but need to add interchangeable branding. You can also layer it over a contrasting plain tablecloth to create a two-part display using separate base and branding colors.
For booths that need extra height and visibility away from the table, a flying banner can complement the tabletop display and present branding from a greater viewing distance.
Suitable for Exhibitions, Roadshows and Corporate Events
Polyester table runners work well across many temporary and recurring event environments. Common applications include exhibition booths, conferences, trade shows, roadshows, registration desks, reception counters, retail displays, product launches and company events.
For registration tables, the runner provides a visible place for an organization or event logo while leaving room to work on the tabletop. At trade shows, it helps exhibitors stand out from the aisle. Retail and promotional setups can use the same area for campaign branding or product messaging.
Because the dimensions and artwork can be customized, the runner can fit both compact counters and larger event tables.
Build a Coordinated Event Display
A table runner does not have to work as a standalone promotional item. Businesses can coordinate its artwork with banners, display stands, and other printed event materials to maintain consistent branding throughout a booth.
For example, a table runner can carry the primary company logo at visitor level, while a backdrop communicates the larger campaign message. Directional or promotional banners can then provide visibility elsewhere within the venue.
Explore the wider range of custom flags and banners in Malaysia when preparing a coordinated exhibition, roadshow or corporate-event setup.
Ordering Your Polyester Table Runner
Start by confirming your table dimensions and deciding whether the runner will be positioned vertically or horizontally. Then select a suitable solid fabric color and prepare the artwork you want displayed.
RafflesTag Malaysia's standard production lead time for custom table runners is approximately 15 business days after artwork approval. Rush production is available from around 10 business days. Allow enough time for artwork review and approval before an exhibition or event, especially when the runner is part of a larger coordinated display.
Frequently Asked Questions:
The table runner is made from polyester fabric. It provides a customizable fabric surface for company logos, promotional artwork, and event branding at exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, and corporate functions.
Yes. Custom sizing is available. Please provide your table length, width, and height, along with your preferred runner width and drop, so we can prepare the runner for your intended setup.
There are 52 solid color options, including standard, dark, bright, pastel, metallic, neon, and fluorescent shades. Consider the contrast between the fabric and your artwork when selecting a color.
Yes. The runner can be customized with a company logo, brand name, sponsor logos, event details, website address, QR code, product imagery, or other promotional artwork.
Yes. You can layer a table runner over a plain or contrasting tablecloth. This keeps the main table covered while creating a separate, focused area for company or event branding.
A table runner covers a narrower section of the table and focuses attention on a specific branding area. A tablecloth provides much broader coverage across the tabletop and surrounding sides.
