Start with the draw process
A useful raffle ticket layout begins with one practical question: what happens to the ticket after it is handed out? At a staff gathering, a guest might retain the ticket until a number is announced. At a community event, the organizer may collect one section before the draw. These workflows need different information in different places.

Keep sponsor logos secondary to the number and the instructions. A crowded design can look attractive on screen but become hard to use when reduced to the intended ticket format.
A QR code can direct participants to event information, but its destination should support the ticket rather than replace every instruction.
