A Practical Printed Ticket for Managed Lucky Draws
A raffle runs more smoothly when every entry can be identified, and the ticket information is easy to read. This custom raffle ticket style is intended for organizers who need a physical batch for distribution at fundraising activities, charity dinners, school events, club functions, sports activities, corporate events, carnivals, and promotional campaigns. The fixed 500-piece format also makes initial quantity planning straightforward for a defined event.
What You Can Put on the Ticket
You can adapt the artwork around the information your event requires. Common elements include an event name, organization or sponsor logo, prize information, ticket number, QR code, terms and conditions, and other approved artwork. Keep the most important draw information prominent and avoid overcrowding the layout. For event communication pieces that need more space for a message or invitation, custom greeting cards can support the same campaign without forcing extra content onto the ticket.
Numbering for Easier Entry Tracking
Ticket numbering is one of the most useful customization choices for a raffle. It gives each entry a distinct reference that helps organizers check sold or distributed tickets, identify a winning entry, and reduce confusion when several people handle the draw. Before approving artwork, decide where the number should appear, and make sure it stays clear enough to read quickly during registration, drawing, and prize collection.
Optional Tear-Off Stub
Add a tear-off stub when your process requires one portion to stay with the organizer while the matching portion remains with the participant. This format is useful when the organiser needs to retain a record for the draw. Decide in advance what information belongs on each section so names, contact details, or matching numbers are positioned logically and the ticket remains easy to handle.
Choose a Color That Supports Event Organization
The visible color options for this raffle ticket style are red, yellow, blue and green. Color can do more than match an event theme: organizers may use different colors to separate selling batches, participant groups, prize categories, or event zones. If you plan multiple ticket groups, define each color's purpose before printing so staff can follow the same system throughout distribution and the draw.
Paper Stock and Printed Presentation
RafflesTag lists printed art paper or art card ticket stock for this style. The best layout prioritizes legibility, especially for numbers, draw dates, prize information, and any instructions participants need to keep. Where the event also includes printed inserts, reading materials or small branded handouts, custom bookmarks are another compact digital-print item that can carry campaign artwork or a QR code.
How to Prepare Your Raffle Ticket Artwork
Start with the information that must be visible at a glance: event identity, draw or prize information, and the ticket number. Add sponsor branding, a QR code, or terms only when they support the event process. If you need a stub, allow enough room for the separation point and for any repeated number or participant details. Submit clear artwork and check names, dates, numbering requirements, and QR-code destinations carefully before approval.
Planning Production Around Your Event Date
The current RafflesTag Malaysia product information states that custom raffle tickets usually take around 15 business days after artwork approval, with rush production available from around 10 business days. Build artwork review into your schedule, not just printing time. Approving the final layout early leaves more room for distribution, staff briefing and any supporting event materials that need to be prepared.
Coordinate the Rest of Your Event Printing
Raffle tickets often sit within a wider set of printed materials. Branded custom envelopes can be useful for invitations, certificates or document packs, while the Raffle Tickets parent range lets buyers compare the available ticket styles before ordering. Keeping logos, event names, QR codes and core artwork consistent across these items helps staff and participants recognize the campaign more easily.
When the 500-Piece Raffle Ticket Style Fits Best
Choose this style when you want a defined physical quantity for a planned event and need the tickets professionally printed with event-specific information. It is especially suitable when numbering or a tear-off stub forms part of the entry process. For very small internal activities, or when you plan to handle printing yourself, compare available raffle ticket styles first rather than automatically selecting the 500-piece printed option.
Order Custom Raffle Tickets in Malaysia
Prepare your event details, artwork, and required quantity before requesting production. Confirm whether you need numbering, a tear-off stub, a QR code, and one of the available ticket colors, then review the final artwork carefully before approval. Clear specifications at the start help the printed tickets support how your team will sell, distribute, collect, and draw entries on event day.

RafflesTag Malaysia lists printed art paper or art card ticket stock for this style. Confirm the exact selection with the final order and artwork requirements before production.
Yes. Ticket numbering can be included and helps identify entries, check winners, and keep the draw organized. Confirm the numbering sequence and where the number should appear before artwork approval.
Yes. An optional tear-off stub lets the organizer keep one portion while the participant keeps the matching ticket. Plan the information on both sections before finalizing the artwork.
The visible options are red, yellow, blue and green. Different colors can also help organizers separate batches, prize groups or event categories when the ticket-management process calls for it.
