A Compact Notebook-and-Pen Set for Promotional Use
For campaigns where the giveaway needs to be useful immediately, a notebook supplied together with a ball pen removes one small but common friction point: recipients do not need to find a separate writing tool. The 17.5 × 12.5 cm format is compact enough for registration packs and training folders while still giving users a dedicated place for meeting notes, reminders and ideas.
Why the PP Cover Changes the Buying Decision
This style uses a PP cover rather than the PU finishes commonly associated with premium notebooks. That distinction matters when the order is intended for broad distribution rather than executive gifting. PP gives the notebook a straightforward, lightweight presentation suited to seminars, roadshows, internal programs and promotional campaigns where portability and easy handling are more important than a leather-look finish.
70 Sheets for Meetings, Training and Events
The notebook contains 70 sheets, providing more writing space than a small memo pad without turning the product into a bulky journal. This makes it suitable for multi-session conferences, workshops, onboarding activities and recurring office notes. For projects that require a completely different page layout, cover construction or made-to-order specification, compare the custom-made notebooks route before finalizing the style.
Choosing a Color for Your Campaign
Available colors are black, blue, green and red. Black is a neutral option for mixed corporate audiences, while blue, green or red can help a campaign pack feel more coordinated when one of those colors aligns with the event theme. Final color choice should be considered together with the artwork so the logo remains clear and visually balanced against the selected cover.
Plan the Branding Around the Actual Cover
Before production, prepare a clean logo file and decide which information truly needs to appear on the notebook. A simple logo or short campaign mark is usually easier to read on a compact cover than a dense block of text. RafflesTag can advise on the appropriate artwork setup and available custom printing services once the final branding requirement and quantity are confirmed.
Useful for Bulk Distribution Programs
The notebook and pen combination works especially well when recipients are expected to use the item during the activity itself. Examples include conference delegates taking session notes, trainees completing exercises, new employees recording onboarding information, students attending workshops, or visitors receiving a practical event pack. Individual poly-bag packaging also keeps each set together before distribution and simplifies sorting for event teams.
How It Compares with More Premium Notebook Styles
Choose this PP notebook when the priority is a compact, practical set with an included pen and straightforward distribution. Choose a premium notebook when cover feel, executive presentation or a more formal gift experience is the main consideration. The broader Notebooks range helps buyers compare these approaches before deciding which format best matches the audience and occasion.
Be Precise with “Eco-Friendly” Messaging
The product is sold in the market as an eco-friendly notebook style, but environmental wording should be tied to evidence rather than the product name alone. If your procurement policy requires recycled-content percentages, certifications, recyclability statements or other sustainability documentation, request those details before publishing the claim on campaign materials. This keeps your branded message accurate and aligned with internal procurement requirements.
Ordering Information to Prepare
For a quotation, prepare the required quantity, preferred cover color, logo or artwork, delivery location and event date. If the notebook is part of a larger event or employee pack, note the other items at the same time so the overall presentation can be considered together. Production timing, branding method and order minimum should be confirmed against the final job specification rather than assumed from another supplier’s listing.
Pair It with Other Branded Items
For onboarding, conferences and customer campaigns, the notebook can be combined with other corporate gifts to create a coordinated pack. If your project also needs printed inserts, cards or supporting event materials, review RafflesTag’s custom printing services. Keeping the notebook, artwork and related collateral within one planning workflow can make brand consistency easier to manage.
Frequently Asked Questions:
The cover is made from PP. If your procurement brief requires recycled content, recyclability data or a specific environmental certification, request supporting documentation before describing the material with a more specific sustainability claim.
The notebook measures 17.5 × 12.5 cm. This compact format is suitable for conference packs, training materials, onboarding kits and promotional distribution where a smaller notebook is easier for recipients to carry.
The notebook contains 70 sheets. That gives users useful writing capacity for meetings, seminars and everyday notes while keeping the overall format compact enough for event and giveaway use.
Yes. A matching ball pen is included with the notebook, so recipients receive a ready-to-use writing set rather than a notebook that requires a separate pen.
The verified color options are black, blue, green and red. Choose the cover color together with your artwork so the logo or campaign mark has suitable contrast and remains easy to recognize.
Each notebook set is individually packed in a poly bag. This keeps the notebook and pen together during handling and can make sorting and distribution easier for events, training sessions or staff packs.
