A Promotional Notebook With a More Refined Cover
The cover is the first thing a recipient sees and the part handled most often. A PU leather notebook is therefore useful when a campaign needs stationery that feels more presentation-led than an entry-level giveaway. Within the wider Notebooks collection, it sits naturally between everyday promotional stationery and fully custom notebook projects, giving buyers a clear option when cover style matters to the brief.
Where PU Leather Notebooks Fit Best
This style works especially well for corporate meetings, training sessions, conferences, seminars, staff onboarding, client presentations and branded gift packs. A notebook can stay on a desk or travel between meetings, so the branding remains visible during repeated use. For procurement teams, it is also straightforward to distribute: one useful item can serve as a writing tool, event handout and branded keepsake without requiring the recipient to learn how to use it.
Plan the Branding Around the Cover
Logo placement should be planned around the usable cover area, the shape of the artwork and the finish required. Simple logos may suit a restrained one-position treatment, while artwork with several colors or fine details may require a different production approach. RafflesTag should confirm the suitable branding method for the selected notebook and artwork before production. This avoids specifying a process that may not be appropriate for the exact PU surface or model.
Choose the Notebook Before Finalising Artwork
Do not build final artwork around an assumed A5 or A6 size, page count, ruling, closure, pen loop or bookmark unless those details have been confirmed for the chosen model. PU notebooks in the Malaysian market are sold in multiple constructions, so dimensions and internal features can vary considerably. The safer buying sequence is to select the actual notebook, confirm its branding area, then prepare or adapt the logo to the supplied artwork specification.
PU Leather Notebook vs Other Notebook Options
The main reason to choose this style is the cover presentation. If the project prioritizes a more elevated ready-stock look, compare it with the Premium Notebooks range. If the brief requires deeper control over construction, cover design or other notebook elements, a custom made notebook may be the better route. For broad giveaway campaigns, the wider promotional range makes it easier to compare PU with hard-cover, Wire-O, eco-friendly and other notebook formats.
Useful for Corporate Gift and Event Kits
PU leather notebooks can also be planned as one component of a larger corporate gift or event pack. A notebook paired with other practical merchandise creates a coordinated set without relying on decorative items alone. For conferences and onboarding, buyers can also consider a branded bag to hold the notebook and supporting materials. Keeping the items under one visual direction helps the final kit look intentional.
What to Confirm Before Requesting a Quote
Send the required quantity, intended use, event or delivery date, logo file and any preferred cover color when requesting a quotation. If the notebook must fit inside a particular gift box, bag or document pack, include those size constraints as well. RafflesTag can then confirm the available model, branding approach and production details for that order instead of relying on specifications from a visually similar notebook.
Artwork and Approval
A clean logo file makes it easier to prepare accurate branding. Vector artwork is generally the most flexible format for production, especially when a logo must be resized without losing edge quality. Before production, check the logo position, orientation, spelling and proportions on the artwork proof. For branded notebooks, these visual details matter because the cover acts as the main display surface throughout the product’s useful life.
Ordering PU Leather Notebooks in Malaysia
Start from the live Promotional Notebooks selection and identify the PU Leather Notebook style. Share your quantity and artwork together with the required date so the team can confirm the correct model and production route. If your project is still at the comparison stage, browse the full Notebooks category first to decide whether PU leather, premium or fully custom construction best matches the budget and intended recipient.
Frequently Asked Questions:
A PU leather notebook is a notebook with a polyurethane-based leather-look cover. For this RafflesTag style, the product name confirms the PU leather format, while exact dimensions, internal paper and other construction details should be confirmed for the selected model.
Yes. The PU Leather Notebook is listed within RafflesTag’s promotional notebook range for custom branding. The suitable branding method and usable artwork area should be confirmed against the chosen notebook and your logo before production.
No specific size has been confirmed for this product page. Select the actual notebook model first and request its dimensions before preparing final artwork, gift-box inserts or event packs that depend on an exact notebook size.
Available cover colors have not been confirmed for this specific style. Share your preferred brand or campaign color when requesting a quote so RafflesTag can advise which current notebook options best match the requirement.
The MOQ has not been confirmed for this PU Leather Notebook. It can vary by the selected model and branding requirement, so provide your required quantity when requesting a quotation to receive the applicable order minimum.
Lead time depends on the selected notebook, quantity, branding and delivery requirement. Provide the required delivery or event date with your enquiry so production feasibility and the appropriate timeline can be confirmed before you place the order.
