A Compact Notebook Set Built Around Everyday Tasks
This style is designed for situations where recipients need more than blank writing pages. Alongside the 60-sheet notepad, the notebook brings together PET labels for marking information, a pen for immediate writing and a PVC ruler for quick measuring or straight-line work. Because these tools stay with the notebook, it works especially well for workshops, training sessions, conferences, classrooms and office programs where people need practical stationery throughout the day.
Why Choose the Ruler Eco-Notebook Style?
The main reason to choose this model is its integrated stationery layout. A conventional notebook may require a separate pen, ruler or page-marker pack, while this format keeps those functions together. That makes distribution simpler when preparing event packs or staff kits. The elastic strap helps secure the notebook when it is stored in a bag, and the spiral binding lets users turn pages without forcing a fixed spine flat.
Its greyboard cover also creates a more natural visual direction than glossy plastic or leather-look notebook styles. For campaigns where that understated appearance suits the artwork, the product can support an eco-themed visual identity without requiring an elaborate gift set. Buyers looking for a more formal cover treatment can compare this option with custom made notebooks before deciding which construction best matches the campaign.
Size, Color and Included Components
The notebook measures 14.5 cm high by 11.5 cm wide, giving it a compact footprint for desks, tote bags and event packs. Black and grey are the available color options. Inside, the set includes a 60-sheet notepad and PET labels, while the pen and PVC ruler add useful writing and organizing functions. Each unit is supplied in an individual OPP bag for straightforward handling and distribution.
Branding the Cover for Corporate Use
The cover is the natural branding area for a company logo, event identity, campaign mark or short message. Silk-screen printing is suitable for straightforward artwork with controlled colors, while a UV DTF sticker can support artwork that needs a different application approach. The best method depends on the logo, desired finish and usable print area, so artwork should be reviewed before production rather than assuming every design will reproduce equally well.
If the notebook will be paired with additional writing tools, RafflesTag’s custom pens range can help create a broader stationery pack. Keep the visual system consistent across the notebook and accompanying items by using the same logo version, typography and brand colors wherever the chosen printing processes allow.
Useful for Events, Training and Onboarding
For seminars and conferences, the notebook can be placed at each seat or added to a registration pack so attendees can take notes immediately. Training teams can use the PET labels to help participants flag exercises or reference pages. For employee onboarding, the compact set can sit alongside orientation materials and other branded stationery without taking up the space of a larger boxed gift.
Education programs, workshops and outreach campaigns can also benefit from the combined format because recipients receive the basic tools needed for note-taking in one item. When the requirement is mainly tear-off sheets rather than a bound notebook, compare this product with custom writing pads to choose the format that better matches how the pages will be used.
How It Compares with a Standard Promotional Notebook
Choose this ruler eco-notebook when the extra stationery functions matter to the campaign. The built-in ruler, pen and PET labels make it more task-oriented than a simple notebook, which can be useful for training, planning and event use. A standard notebook may be the better choice when the priority is a larger writing area, a particular cover finish or a more minimal presentation. The decision should follow the recipient’s likely use rather than the number of features alone.
Artwork and Ordering Preparation
Before requesting production, prepare a clean logo or artwork file and decide whether the notebook should carry only the company logo or additional event information. Simple artwork can keep the compact cover easy to read, particularly when the notebook will be viewed from a short distance on a desk. Confirm the chosen notebook color at the same time so the artwork has enough contrast against either the black or grey cover.
For a wider comparison before ordering, browse the full RafflesTag Malaysia notebook range. This helps procurement teams compare compact promotional sets with premium and custom-made formats while keeping the final selection aligned with the event, audience and branding objective.
Frequently Asked Questions:
The set includes a 60-sheet notepad, PET labels, a pen and a PVC ruler. It also uses spiral binding and an elastic strap, combining common note-taking and organizing tools in one compact item.
The notebook uses greyboard. This gives the cover a natural, understated appearance that works well for promotional stationery, training materials and corporate giveaway programs that prefer an eco-style visual direction.
The notebook measures approximately 14.5 cm high by 11.5 cm wide. Its compact size makes it convenient for event packs, workshops, office use and recipients who need a notebook that is easy to carry.
The verified color options are black and grey. Both are neutral choices for corporate branding, but artwork contrast should be checked against the selected cover color before the final printing method is approved.
Suitable branding methods include silk-screen printing and UV DTF sticker application. The best option depends on the artwork, color requirements, desired finish and available branding area on the notebook cover.
Yes. Its compact notebook, pen, ruler and PET labels make it useful for conferences, seminars, workshops and training sessions where participants need several basic stationery functions during the program.
